Agile Project Management with Scrum: The Kinto Way
Using Agile Project Management with Scrum.
You could build the fastest computer around and still get nowhere if you fail to install an OS. Similarly, the wrong management style can doom even the greatest projects. In software development, waterfall used to be the standard. Now? Not so much. At KintoHub we use agile project management with scrum and a little kanban. But, why?
What Is Microservices Architecture and Why Do I Need It?
A brief intro to the massive software trend.
When I first started coding microservices a little more than two years ago, I imagined an entire world that worked in a service-oriented manner. However, even as few as two years ago, microservices weren’t taking off like they should because of one major flaw: the latency between services working together. Today, microservices are taking the app development world by storm and enabling us to build incredible things. The latency between services is practically gone, and people have embraced the scaling capabilities of microservices.
